Allen Crest Realty LLC is a 100% woman-owned and veteran-owned business based in Spokane, Washington, founded by a U.S. Air Force veteran.

We manage a carefully maintained portfolio of furnished mid-term rentals — the kind of housing that makes sense for military moves, contractors, traveling professionals, and anyone caught between a hotel and a year-long lease.

Every home is managed directly by our team — not an outsourced call center — so questions get real answers, quickly.

Our Story

Why we do this

Before Allen Crest Realty managed a single property, our founder needed one.

After a period of homelessness, with no credit history and limited income, finding a place to land wasn't simple — most leases ask for exactly what she didn't have. A furnished room, with everything already in place and no long credit history standing in the way, is what finally made a stable home possible.

That experience is why Allen Crest Realty exists. We built this business around the same kind of housing that helped her: furnished, flexible, and accessible to people that traditional leasing can shut out — because a stable place to live shouldn't depend on a credit score.

Frequently asked questions

What does "fully furnished" include?

Furniture, bedding and linens, and kitchen essentials are included in every rental, along with WiFi and a smart TV. Many properties also include utilities and housekeeping — let us know which property you're interested in and we'll confirm exactly what's included.

What's the minimum stay?

We focus on mid-term stays — generally one month or longer. Exact minimums can vary slightly by property, so mention your timeline when you reach out and we'll confirm.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at most of our properties. A pet deposit may apply depending on the unit — let us know about your pet when you inquire and we'll walk you through the details.

What do I need to apply?

A completed rental application, a valid photo ID, and proof of income. Depending on the property, a background and/or credit check may also be required.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes — a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by property and is confirmed as part of the application process.

What's the difference between a full unit and a private room?

A full unit, like our duplex homes or guest house, is entirely private with its own entrance and no shared space. A private room rental means your own locked bedroom inside a shared house, with common areas like the kitchen and living room shared with other residents.

We're researching what it would take to bring the same hands-on management approach behind our rentals to small-scale assisted living for seniors in the Spokane area — no facility, license, or opening date yet.

Early Conversations

Postpartum Care Partnership

We're in early conversations with postpartum care providers in the Spokane and Washington region about offering short-term, supported housing for new parents recovering after childbirth. No partnership is finalized.

Long-Range Concept

A Forever Blooms Stay

Further out, we're dreaming up a small, flower-themed guest stay built around the Forever Blooms aesthetic — preserved florals, a warm palette, a memorable place to spend a night. This is a concept, not a project underway.

Allen Crest Realty was founded in 2020 by a U.S. Air Force veteran and built one property at a time — from a single home to a growing portfolio of furnished mid-term rentals serving Spokane's military, contractor, and traveling-professional community.

In 2026, we launched Forever Blooms, a preserved-flower vending line, as our first venture beyond real estate. We're now exploring what comes next — including assisted living, a postpartum-care housing partnership, and a flower-themed hospitality concept — and we're looking to hear from investors and partners who want to help build that next chapter.
