Allen Crest Realty LLC ("Allen Crest," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. Right now, that happens through two forms on this site: the rental inquiry form and the investor/partner inquiry form. Depending on which one you submit, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), desired move-in date, the property or interest type you selected, and any message you write.
We do not currently operate an online rental application or payment system on this site. Rental applications, lease agreements, and any payment information are handled separately, off this website, as part of our normal leasing process.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you.
- To evaluate potential rental, investment, or partnership interest.
- To keep basic records of who has contacted us and why.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
Cookies and similar technology

Third-party services
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's font service. Google may log the IP address of the request as part of delivering the font files. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — this site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- FurnishedFinder — some property sections link out to our listings on FurnishedFinder.com. We don't share any information with FurnishedFinder through those links; if you click through, your visit there is governed by FurnishedFinder's own privacy policy, not ours.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records, after which it may be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@allencrestrealty.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
