Rent payments, security deposits, and any refund or cancellation terms for a furnished rental are governed by the signed lease agreement between the tenant and Allen Crest Realty LLC, not by this website. If you have a question about a deposit or a specific charge, please refer to your lease or contact us directly at info@allencrestrealty.com.

Forever Blooms

Forever Blooms preserved-flower arrangements are sold through an in-person vending display, not through this website. Due to the nature of the product, purchases are generally final. If a machine malfunctions or dispenses a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@allencrestrealty.com with the location and approximate time of purchase, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Rental, investor, and partner inquiries

This website does not collect payments, rent, deposits, or investment funds of any kind. The rental inquiry form and the investor/partner inquiry form are both for starting a conversation only, so no refund policy applies to either one.
